Who are we?

Chiu & Cain was established on 1 January 2006 by its principals Mark Chiu and John Cain.

Mark was previously a partner of over 30 years at one of Wellington’s oldest and most respected medium sized law firms. John was a partner and principal of his own general practice, having also been a partner at an established full service law firm.

The firm's intention is to provide comprehensive legal services in which the client has a direct relationship with their lawyer. When Chiu & Cain was created, almost all Mark and John's client's followed them and some have been with them for over 30-years each.
